Your one hour, one on one intro session is always FREE!! In the hour we will talk about the program, how it is implemented at CrossFit Lions, answer any questions you may have and then throw down a short workout. This workout is inclusive and something any athlete on earth can do but at the same time challenging for even the fittest individuals. The big thing we want prospective clients to gain from this session is an understanding of what CrossFit is all about and if CrossFit Lions is right gym for them to start that journey. CrossFit is not as hard as you think and no you dont need to be in great shape first before giving it a try. Come check out our gym, meet our team and have a fun workout.

The next step after the intro is to complete your 3 part Element Sessions. In those session we go over the core movements of CrossFit and get you comfortable with the type of workouts you will be exposed to in our CrossFit Classes. These sessions are 1 hour in length and will give your coach the opportunity to see how your body is functioning and what issues mechanically you may have (tight shoulders, hips, hamstrings etc.).  After those three sessions you are good to join classes and we can truly begin the journey to a leaner, fitter, stronger version of you.
