Come join former Provincial and Ohio State Rower Kathryn Webb for a good old sweat session on the C2 rower. The idea of this class is that we get to sit in and join Kathryn in one of her rowing specific workouts. Coach Kat takes us through pacing techniques, stroke rate workouts, long and slow duration work and hard and fast sprinting. The only way to improve your rowing for CrossFit is to get your butt on that erg and put the time in. These workouts are ones you would never do alone but are fun to do in this class.
