30 cal row row/bike/ski
20 push ups
15 pull ups

athletes notes: HSPU sub will be a DB push press today. Pick a weight that is doable for 5 or more reps. Push-ups should be at a progression that allows you to do 10 or more reps. No knee down push-ups. Use a box or bench. Pull-up progression should allow you to do 8 or more reps.

3 x 8 Bulgarian split squats

coaches notes: these can be done in any order. Go over Crossover symmetry with the athletes that haven’t used it yet. When the symmetry station is open someone should hop on it.
