The CrossFit Open starts Thursday Feb 22nd. Have you signed up yet? If not got crossfit.games.com…There are scaled and age divsions to go along with the “Open” division for those between 18-35. We are going to be doing the Open workouts on Friday night between 4:30-6:30pm. The workout will replace our regular class schedule. If you aren’t planning on signing up for the Open, you can still come in on Friday night to do the workout. Once all competitors have signed up, I will be splitting the gym into two even teams for an inter gym competition. Not sure what will be on the line yet but I’ll keep you posted. This is a super fun time of year in the gym and I strongly encourage all of you to go sign up and be a part of it.

Tuesday Workout

Warm-up
EMOM 15 minutes
1- 20 sit-ups
2- 15 wallballs
3- 12 box jumps
athletes notes: pick an easy wb weight and height today. Just a warm up here. Same thing on the box jump. If box jumps are tough for you then do box step ups.
Weightlifting
A: Clean and Jerk (5 x 1+1+1+1)
Clean and Jerk
1 power clean
1 hang squat clean
1 push jerk
1 split jerk
Conditioning
EMOM 12 minutes
3 power cleans
*Before every set of clean perform 20 DU
