CrossFit Lions is proud to offer “Lions Yoga” Thursday nights, 5:30pm and 6:30pm, at the gym. The class is taught with CrossFitters needs in mind and is a fantastic way to stretch yourself out during a hard week of training. This service is included in your Lions Membership. Classes are one hour long. $20 drop in for any non members who are more than welcome to join. No registration needed, please show up 15min early to class. More Classes will be added in the future based on attendance. Ashley is our yoga instructor and I’ll post her bio shortly.
