20 walking lunges

10 push-ups

5 burpees

Metcon

No Rest between parts. Set-up all stations before hand. This workout should not feel really hard. Good solid pacing is the key here.

A: Metcon (No Measure)

10 wallballs

10 KB swings

Put the KB on the other side of the gym so you have to walk to after wallballs.

B: Metcon (No Measure)

5 burpees

C: Metcon (No Measure)

10 min:

10 DB Push Press @ light weight

10 walking lunges

Push press you should be able to do multiple rounds unbroken.
