2- 30 plate jumps

3- 30 sec bottom of squat active hold (you can’t sit on your heels)

100 sit-ups

90 air squats

80 KB swings

70 walking lunges

60 DB push press

50 burpees
Pick a KB and DB weight that feels good for 20 plus reps. This will be a grind. Get into it and enjoy.
