LIFT

A: Clean and Jerk (5×2, Power Clean and Jerk )

B: Metcon (No Measure)

5 sets:

5 strict chin ups

10 supinated bb bent over rows

Rest 90 sec
Increase load as needed for the rows.

C: Warm-up (No Measure)

5 sets:

10 rower curls

40 sec plank
