In honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, NY, who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.

Obviously it is not a holiday for us but this will be the most popular workout done across the world at CrossFit gyms today. Also one of my favorites so perfect for our last week of training at Lions.
