Fitness goal for this year? Top 200 in Masters Qualifiers.
What are three things to do in everyday life that you believe contributes most to your overall health? I go to bed early. I make sure I eat well and cook most of my meals and move daily in some form or another.
Favourite (cheat) meal Pizza preferably at Creek Bread in Whistler followed by brownies + ice cream.
How do you get through Vancouver’s Winter? Not very well. But weekends in Whistler help.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would that be? Hawaii!
