Having been an independently employed private athletic trainer and managing various ”Globo-gyms” in London, South Africa, and the Cayman Islands. He finally arrived back in North Vancouver (the place where he grew up) and continued to train people for the past 12 years.
I wasn’t until 2008 when he discovered CrossFit and instantly became addicted to the community, athleticism and mindset that defines the CrossFit way of life.
