I’ve been doing CrossFit for 7 years and teaching for 6. I was a member first before becoming a trainer. My favourite movement is burpees and I love the snatch even though it’s a challenging movement I work on like crazy to get better.
I also own a catering company and am trained chef:) every time I lift I need to kick both sides of my bar lol
