How did you get started with CrossFit? Wife dragged me to class.

Hardest movement you’ve learned and how did you overcome it? Thrusters and I haven’t overcome it yet!!!

What are three things to do in everyday life that you believe contributes most to your overall health? I have my nutrition in line. Workout of course, and recently have been monitoring my sleep.
