How long have you been doing CrossFit? 6 years

How did you get started with CrossFit? A friend recommended it. I was looking for something new after years of running and loved the idea of group fitness.

Your favourite CrossFit movement? Snatch + double-unders.

Hardest movement you’ve learned and how did you overcome it? Ring Muscle-up. Practised progressions every time I was in the gym for months and worked really hard on building up strength in strict movements.

What are three things to do in everyday life that you believe contributes most to your overall health? Being consistent, a little competitive (but also not taking yourself too seriously) and working out because you love it not because you have to.

Favourite (cheat) meal:  Half Baked ice cream

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would that be? HERE or maybe Costa Rica on the really rainy days.
