Since 2008 no CrossFit coach in the lower mainland has taught and programmed more CrossFit classes than Chris has. Experience is at the top of his resume, not just in teaching the movements but safely programming for an entire gym’s worth of athletes.
Chris has coaches some of Western Canada’s top CrossFit athletes and is one of only two people from the North Shore to compete as individual in the CrossFit Games.
While coaching top athletes in the sport of fitness is part of his business, Chris prides himself on his ability to bring the simple fundamental movements to the new CrossFit athlete who’s only goal is to lose weight, get fit and have fun. Since 2008 Chris has taken thousands of athletes just like you through their CrossFit journey from learning how to squat to getting their first pull-up.
Chris has been CrossFit Level 1 certified since 2007.
