What is

“Sprint”?

In teams of three, only one person will be working at a time at each station and the other two will be resting. The teams will rotate between the SkiErg, Rower, BikeErg and the new Rogue Echo Bike. Each person will be given a goal to hit at each station ie. row 10 calories, bike at 90 RPM for 3 minutes, etc. In this hour-long Sprint class, not only will your heart rate go up, but also your cardiovascular endurance.

The Objective of this class is to improve your cardio & sprint drives and of course, lose fat while maintaining muscle mass.
