How did you get started with CrossFit? I heard of a boot camp class at Lions years ago. When I came in to do the boot camp I saw on the other side of the room everyone was lifting all those weights & women were in the class as well!? I was so intrigued, I joined the gym right away.

What are three things to do in everyday life that you believe contributes most to your overall health?
Healthy eating, Sleep and being happy

Your favorite CrossFit movement? Power Cleans

Hardest movement you’ve learned and how did you overcome it? Pull ups. I just practiced & practiced. One of the reasons I love CrossFit is because there is always something to learn and get better at.
