MF teams: 360 cal
20 x 2min sets:
Athlete A does max cal in 2 min
Athlete B does 10 alternsting DB snatches + 5 burpees and then rest the remaining portion of 2 min
Switch back and forth till total cals is completed. 40 min time cap
