1- cardio

2- 20 air squats

3- bottom of squat passive hold

4- pigeon pose right side

5- pigeon pose left side

LIFT

A: Back Squat (3 reps EMOM for 12 min )

Start light and build

B: Bench Press (3 reps EMOM for 12 min)

Start light and build

C: Metcon (No Measure)

5 sets:

6 DB Bulgarian split squat per side

12 DB push press

rest 90 sec
You can use two different DB loads if needed. Use a bench or the split squats.
