B. Test out the SWEAT wod and make sure your push, sit-up and squat is good to go
Metcon (No Measure)
EMOM for 30-60 min:
7 air squats
How much do you feel like working today? Picking a time domain is your first goal. I would suggest you consider 30,40,50 or 60 min for this emom. Push-up progression that easily allows 5 push-ups for round 1. You should also test this to make sure you can finish round 1 in 45 sec or less pretty comfortably. If you can’t then take the numbers down. 4 push-ups, 5 sit=ups, 6 squats etc.
