2- dowel hang squat clean
3- good mornings
4- supinated bar hang
5- seated straddle
LIFT
A: Hang Power Snatch (5×2, ascending )
B: Metcon (No Measure)
5 sets:
5 pull-ups
10 bent over rows
Rest 90 sec
Increase load as needed for the rows. Same thing as Tuesday except our palms are facing out.
C: Warm-up (No Measure)
5 sets:
8 BB Good mornings
40 sec Glute Bridge hold
